Grievance Procedure
Any complaint must go to the Secretary of the Association , from an educational email address
Initial response acknowledging receipt
Complaints Committee, comprising of the President, Treasurer & Secretary of the Association, to meet and carry out an investigation
Relevant Convenor informed (if appropriate)
Formal response from the Secretary of the Association, within 2 weeks, (under normal circumstances)
All copies of communications to be held by Secretary
